Insulation Service

Home Insulation

Whole-home insulation support for attics, walls, crawl spaces, drafts, hot rooms, cold rooms, and comfort upgrades.

A more comfortable, efficient home

Hot rooms, cold rooms, drafts, musty smells, rodent damage, energy bills creeping up. Those issues all point to specific gaps in attics, walls, crawl spaces, or air sealing. A whole-home insulation upgrade is usually as much about locating those gaps as filling them. We walk the building, identify the real issues, and scope a fix that matches the structure and your budget.

Home Insulation project by E&E Attic Insulation

Wall Insulation

Drill-and-fill for existing walls

Cold exterior bedrooms, drafty corner rooms, and walls that feel cold to the touch usually have empty or settled cavities behind the drywall. Drill-and-fill insulation lets us reach those cavities without tearing anything open. We drill small access holes, blow in dense-pack cellulose or fiberglass, then patch and texture to match. Done in a day on most homes.

  • Dense-pack cellulose or blown-in fiberglass
  • Small drilled access holes, patched and textured to match
  • Exterior or interior access depending on siding and finish
  • Single-day install on most single-story homes
  • Pairs well with air sealing on older homes

What home insulation customers say

Recent feedback from whole-home insulation projects.

★★★★★

We called Joseph and his crew to insulate our attic because our home was becoming unbearably hot during the last few heatwaves. The crew worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly.

E&E was really wonderful. Knowledgeable, kind, affordable, and extremely professional. Working with many services over the years, E&E was a breath of fresh air. All the workers were fantastic.

Lee N. · Homeowner · Attic & Air Sealing

★★★★★

E&E didn't just blow new insulation on top of the old mess. They completely removed the contaminated insulation, vacuumed and sanitized the attic, sealed all rodent entry points, and installed brand-new fiberglass.

Home Insulation FAQs

What areas of a home can be insulated?
Common areas include attics, exterior walls, crawl spaces, garage-adjacent walls, knee walls, and other places where heat, cold, or drafts move through the building. Air sealing usually pairs with insulation for the best result.
Can insulation help with hot and cold rooms?
Yes. Uneven rooms usually point to insulation gaps, attic performance issues, air leakage, or some combination. We walk through the building first to identify which fix will actually solve the comfort problem before we spec materials.
Do you help homeowners choose materials?
Yes. We explain practical material options and recommend an approach based on the space, access, performance goals, and budget. There's rarely one single right answer, but there's almost always one obvious wrong one for each project.
How do I know which areas of my home need insulation?
We start with a walkthrough of the building: attic, walls, crawl spaces, and the rooms where comfort or energy issues show up. Hot rooms, cold rooms, drafts, and energy bills usually point to specific areas worth addressing first.
Will insulation lower my energy bills?
Most homeowners notice lower energy use after a properly scoped upgrade, especially when air sealing is part of the scope. Exact savings depend on building age, existing insulation, and climate zone.
