Privacy Policy

How E&E Attic Insulation collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

Effective date: May 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how E&E Attic Insulation ("E&E," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit eeatticinsulation.com (the "Site") or contact us through our online forms. We respect your privacy and only collect information that helps us respond to your insulation inquiry and operate our business.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through our quote and contact forms, including your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, service type, and project details. Forms also record the page on the Site where the request originated so we can route the inquiry to the correct location.

Our hosting provider may automatically log standard request information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. This information is used for security and debugging.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to estimate requests and follow up on your project.
  • Schedule site visits, prepare quotes, and complete work you authorize.
  • Maintain business records required for tax, legal, and contractor licensing purposes.
  • Improve the Site and understand which services and locations our visitors are interested in.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your permission.

How we share information

We share information only with parties that help us run our business or as required by law:

  • Form processor. Our website forms are processed by Web3Forms, which receives your submission and forwards it to our team email. Web3Forms' privacy practices are described in their privacy policy at web3forms.com.
  • Hosting provider. The Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web request data on our behalf.
  • Google. Pages on the Site load typography from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), and our location pages embed a Google Maps map of our service area. When these resources load, your browser sends Google your IP address, user agent, and the page you are on. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Service providers. Email, phone, scheduling, and accounting providers we use to operate the business.
  • Legal compliance. When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

The Site itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels of our own. Embedded Google Maps on our location pages may set cookies in your browser controlled by Google; see Google's privacy policy for details. If we add analytics or advertising technology in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Data retention

We keep estimate-request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete any resulting work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years for project records). After that period, we delete or anonymize the data.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, gives you the following rights:

  • Right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we have used and shared it.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@eeattic.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and let us know which right you would like to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to information that we hold.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
