View serviceOur team shows up prepared, coordinates with whoever is on site, and keeps things moving from estimate to final walkthrough. No surprises mid-job.
Every project starts with a look at the structure and what the customer wants to change. That might be lowering utility waste, fixing rooms that won't stay comfortable, tightening up air leaks, or meeting new construction requirements.
The same four steps apply whether it's a single attic or a large commercial job.

We walk the space before quoting it. That means checking existing insulation depth and condition, noting access points, and understanding what the customer actually wants to fix.

We match the material to the structure: R-value requirements, whether air sealing is needed, building type, and what local code requires. There's rarely one right answer, so we explain the tradeoffs.

Our crew handles the install and works around whoever is on site, whether that's the homeowner, a GC, or a property manager. The job area stays organized and contained.

Before we leave, we walk the completed work with the customer, clean up the job area, and confirm everything is ready for the next trade or final inspection.
Real feedback from homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients across Southern California.

E&E didn't just blow new insulation on top of the old mess. They completely removed the contaminated insulation, vacuumed and sanitized the attic, sealed all rodent entry points, and installed brand-new fiberglass.
