Insulation Service

Commercial Insulation

Insulation support for offices, warehouses, retail spaces, multifamily properties, remodels, and new construction projects.

Insulation built around project requirements

Commercial insulation is where material selection and scheduling both matter. Mineral wool in STC-rated demising walls and corridor assemblies. Closed-cell spray foam for metal-framed cavities, parapet details, and tight geometries. Rigid board above the deck when the roof assembly calls for it. Acoustical sound-attenuation batt in tenant improvement partitions. Every scope is different, so we put together the assembly mix with R-values, fire ratings, and Title 24 compliance documentation before a single bag of material is ordered. We also coordinate with your other trades (framing, drywall, mechanical) so insulation isn't what holds up the inspection.

Title 24 documentation included Scheduled around your trades STC & fire-rated assemblies

Project types: offices, warehouses, retail, tenant improvements, multifamily, schools, municipal facilities, medical offices, restaurants, and new construction.

  • Assembly-by-assembly scope review with R-values and fire ratings
  • Title 24 energy compliance documentation for new construction and TIs
  • Spray foam, batt, blown-in, mineral wool, and rigid board options
  • GC coordination and scheduling around framing, mechanical, and drywall
  • Work in occupied buildings, phased projects, and tight inspection windows

What commercial clients say

Recent feedback from GCs, project managers, and building owners.

★★★★★

E&E Attic Insulation has done a fantastic job on all of our projects. We will keep using them in the future for all of our projects — we design and build apartment buildings.

★★★★★

Joseph was super easy to work with. The workers were in and out with minimal intrusion to the renters apartment that we were working to sound proof. The job was done so well.

Lucille A. · Landlord · Rental Soundproofing

★★★★★

We had E&E come in for a remodel to a house we were re-selling. Easy to work with crew and thought their prices were fair. They estimated the project to take 3 days and met that deadline in time for our other subs to come in.

Commercial Insulation FAQs

Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. E&E coordinates with builders, project managers, and general contractors on commercial and new construction work. We'd rather walk a project at framing than show up to fix it after closeout.
What types of commercial buildings do you serve?
Common projects include offices, warehouses, retail spaces, multifamily buildings, tenant improvements, schools, municipal facilities, medical offices, restaurants, and large residential developments across the Valley, South Bay, and Ventura County.
Can you handle phased projects?
Yes. Commercial work can be scoped around phases, access windows, occupied tenants, and inspection milestones when we're brought into the conversation early.
Do you provide Title 24 documentation?
Yes. Our commercial scopes include the documentation needed for Title 24 compliance on new construction, tenant improvements, and major remodels.
Can you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. Tenant improvements and remodels in occupied properties are a regular part of our commercial work. We coordinate around live tenants, scheduling, and inspection windows.
