Inspection
We assess the current insulation, check attic humidity and bypass leaks, and look for damage or compression.
Serving Oxnard, Ventura, Port Hueneme, Camarillo, and the rest of Ventura County. Closed-cell spray foam for humid coastal homes, blown-in for inland heat, and commercial scopes built around the county's inspection requirements.
Where a building sits in Ventura County changes what the insulation has to do. Homes within a mile or two of the water (Oxnard, Ventura, Port Hueneme) deal with persistent marine humidity. That moisture gets into porous materials like fiberglass, compresses them over time, and drags down the R-value. A poorly sealed attic in a coastal home is also an invitation for mold.
Camarillo, Santa Paula, and Thousand Oaks are a different problem. The marine layer doesn't reach far inland, so the attic bakes in summer and the heat presses into the living space below. The material choice and the air-sealing strategy need to match the actual exposure. We check both.
Improve comfort, even out hot and cold rooms, and replace damaged or underperforming insulation in homes across Oxnard, Ventura, and nearby neighborhoods.

For coastal-adjacent properties, closed-cell spray foam is usually the right call: it seals the roof deck, walls, and hard-to-reach framing against moisture intrusion while holding a consistent R-value year after year.
Tenant improvements, warehouses, offices, retail, and multifamily. Clear insulation scopes that pass Ventura County inspections and fit the construction timeline.

When you request an estimate, mention the property city and roughly how far it is from the water. It helps our team plan the visit and bring the right materials.
What to expect after you reach out, in four steps.

We assess the current insulation, check attic humidity and bypass leaks, and look for damage or compression.

You get a detailed plan with materials chosen for the building's actual location: coastal vapor control or inland thermal coverage, depending on what the building needs.

Protective barriers go down. If needed, old compressed or contaminated insulation is vacuumed out and the attic is sanitized.

Gaps sealed, material installed to code thickness, and a thorough cleanup before we hand the space back.

E&E didn't just blow new insulation on top of the old mess. They completely removed the contaminated insulation, vacuumed and sanitized the attic, sealed all rodent entry points, and installed brand-new fiberglass.

Full attic clean-out, asbestos ducting remediation, and installation of a new plenum and new ducts, air sealing, rodent proofing, radiant barriers and R-38 batts. They got it done on short notice, during the holidays.

It was a pleasure to work with Joseph and his insulation team. My scope of work was for insulating a cathedral ceiling. They showed up on time, stand by their work, have all of their equipment calibrated.

Joseph was super easy to work with. The workers were in and out with minimal intrusion to the renters apartment that we were working to sound proof. The job was done so well.
