Two decades insulating Southern California

E&E started as a family business more than 20 years ago and has grown into a Southern California insulation team that pairs an in-house crew with experienced contract installers. Together we handle hundreds of projects each year: attics, walls, crawl spaces, roof decks, and full commercial assemblies across the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, the South Bay, and beyond. The projects range from a single hot bedroom in a Tarzana ranch house to a multi-building tenant improvement in Long Beach.

The work has changed a lot over those years. The approach hasn't: walk every project before quoting it, explain the tradeoffs in plain language, and keep crews tight enough that the same supervisor stays on a job from quote to walkthrough.

What we do

Residential

Attic insulation, whole-home upgrades, removal and replacement, air sealing, and radiant barrier work for single-family homes and townhouses.

Home insulation

Commercial

Offices, warehouses, multifamily, tenant improvements, and new construction. Title 24 documentation, fire-rated and STC-rated assemblies.

Commercial insulation

Spray foam

Open-cell and closed-cell spray foam for conditioned attics, garage conversions, ADUs, cathedral ceilings, and metal-framed commercial cavities.

Spray foam

Removal & replacement

Vacuum extraction, sanitization, and clean reinstall when existing insulation is contaminated, wet, compressed, or pre-1990 vermiculite.

E&E is a licensed and insured Southern California insulation contractor. We carry the licensing required for residential and commercial work in California and provide proof of insurance for any general contractor or property manager who asks. Our crews work out of the San Fernando Valley and cover Tarzana, Oxnard and Ventura County, Long Beach and the South Bay, and most of the surrounding region.
